Brain and performance first. Play a 60-second game on the Brainground, measure your Peak Hours™, then go deeper in the lab.
Peak Hours™ is the number of hours a day your brain operates at genuine peak — before fatigue, stress and circadian drift erode it. We measure yours. Then we close the gap.
The world's first integrated neuroperformance scan — built by a neurosurgeon. Brain and energy first; the rest follows.
The Brainground is our open playground for the mind. Anyone can step in and play a short, scientifically-grounded game — and walk away with a real indicator of cognitive capacity and Peak Hours™. No appointment, no commitment.
Every game you play is a partial signal. Complete the full B⁴ Scan and your Brainground results carry over and count toward your Peak Hours™ assessment — the play becomes the proof.
A 10-minute self-rating across four dimensions — Brain, Beauty, Body, Boost — producing your Peak Hours™ score and R.E.O.B. stage. Below is the complete questionnaire as a guest would see it.
Two neuroperformance partnerships built around the personal attention of Dr. Finjap — one for principals over the long arc, one for athletes ahead of the season that matters.
Three six-month phases — measured, intervened, and extended.
Full B⁴ scan, Brainground battery and a complete lab work-up. Dr. Finjap personally interprets the data and sets your protocol. We remove the biggest drag on your Peak Hours™ first.
Targeted interventions across brain, energy, structure and recovery. Quarterly lab days track objective movement. Protocol adjusts to your real-world travel and workload.
Lock in gains and push toward your ceiling — more peak hours, held longer. Year-end dossier and a forward plan for the next cycle.
Dr. Finjap is a board-certified neurosurgeon and habilitated academic who built B4lounge on a simple conviction: sustainable high performance starts in the brain, and what can be measured can be improved. She is the architect of the B⁴ Alignment Model, the N·E·U·R·O-C.A.M.P. framework and the Peak Hours™ metric.
She studied medicine at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, completed her basic surgical training at University Medicine Mannheim, and specialised in neurosurgery at Ruhr University Bochum, where she earned her Habilitation. Her path runs through orthopaedic practice in Cologne, clinical research at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center, and the pharmaceutical industry — before founding her own Privatpraxis-Institut in Neustadt an der Weinstraße under the concept Kinetic Aesthetic Fusion and the credo "Confidence in Motion."
That dual fluency — neurosurgical and aesthetic, clinical and entrepreneurial — is the difference B4lounge is built on. Where performance coaching estimates, she measures; where wellness soothes, she objectifies.
